As oncology professionals, we have always been and always will be at the forefront of creativity and disruptive change; it is the nature of who we are, and why we endeavor in this most difficult of medical specialties to illuminate the path forward. Unlike European and Canadian master files, all parts of a US DMF are 'open' only to the FDA for review and remain 'closed' to the customer/applicant referencing the DMF (in their IND, NDA, BLA, etc).
